The film captures Curry leading up to and throughout one remarkable game, weaving together his generational artistry with perspectives from other innovative artists – including Viola Davis, Rick Rubin, Patti Smith and Jon Batiste – showcasing how his singular vision has permanently transformed the game of basketball. This state-of-the-art production utilized 21 IMAX-certified cameras to capture the urgency and emotion around this historic single day and single game. When Curry hit his 4,000th career three-pointer, it wasn’t just another record – it was something the league had literally never seen before. Curry entered the home game at Chase Center against the Sacramento Kings needing just two threes to reach the unprecedented milestone of 4,000 career three-pointers. Curry became the first player in NBA history to reach this historic milestone.
